Locally sourced grass fed ground beef in a rich caramelized onion gravy made with OverTime Mountain Standard ale and our own beef stock. Finished with aged Balderson cheddar and encased in our signature butter and sour cream pastry.
The Mighty Veg. – Roasted Vegetables with fresh Spinach and Hummus
Sheet roasted – and seasoned with our special spice blend – zucchini, red pepper, beets, sweet potato, Roma tomato, garlic, red onion. Fresh spinach and creamy in house humus are mixed through before being hand assembled in our signature butter and sour cream pastry.
