Biography

Ron Macc was raised, and worked on the mixed farms of central Alberta.

 Seeing a need for a safety culture in the workplace came from Ron’s experience in the oil, gas and construction industries and led to formal safety training in 2012. 

As a safety advisor and auditor Ron develops safety management systems for small employers and assists Okanagan/Basin growers and producers in building a path to a safe and healthy work environment.

 Ron brings a background in law, real estate and construction from the south Okanagan. A National Construction Safety Officer since 2012 with Auditor Certification and a clear preference for working with growers and producers in the field, Ron offers AgSafe services designed to meet the unique needs and challenges of the agricultural sector.
